PLEASE READ our cancellation policy:
If cancellation takes place on the day of your appointment, then no refund will be given if you have paid a deposit.
We require 24 hours notice as a minimum to change and amend your booking, if you fail to show or cancel your appointment on the day then a cancellation fee will be taken in order for you to re-book any future appointments with us. If you fail to pay the fee your account will be blocked until you have done so and all future appointments will be cancelled.
Cancellation fee is as follows:
30 minute appointment £7.50
45 minute appointment £11.25
1 hr appointment £15
Any appointments over an hour will be charged as per the above timing.
